Iran assures the “party”: There will be no agreement unless Israel withdraws from Lebanon!
Fady Mahouly
Reuters quoted Hezbollah's media relations office as saying, "The party has received assurances from Iran that it will demand the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanon in the next phase of talks with the United States."
The party explained to Reuters that "the withdrawal will be a result of the continuation of the talks between Tehran and Washington, and not a precondition, following the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two countries on Friday."
He stressed that "there will be no nuclear agreement between Iran and the United States unless Israeli forces withdraw from Lebanon."
